COPPA Compliance
PureSound Records complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, "COPPA", which was enacted by the Federal Trade Commission to prevent Web sites from giving or receiving information to or from children without the consent of a parent or legal guardian. PureSound Records does not permit registration by anyone under 13 years of age nor will PureSound Records knowingly collect or use personally identifiable information from anyone under 13 years of age.
All members certify that they are at least 13 years of age and are registering for membership in compliance with COPPA guidelines.
