Frequently Asked Questions

Orders & Shipping

How long does it take to ship my order?

We typically process and ship orders within 1–3 business days. Once your package has been shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship exclusively within the United States. We plan to expand our shipping destinations in the future, including Canada and other international locations. Please check back for updates as we continue to grow.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email (when available) so you can monitor your package's progress.

What happens if my package is delayed?

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier. While most orders arrive on time, delays may occasionally occur due to weather, customs, or carrier-related issues.

Product Condition & Grading

Are your used records professionally graded?

Yes. We use industry-standard grading practices to evaluate the condition of our used vinyl records, CDs, and cassettes.

What do the condition grades mean?

Mint (M) – Brand new, perfect condition.

Near Mint (NM) – Almost flawless, showing little to no signs of use.

Very Good Plus (VG+) – Minor signs of handling or wear, excellent playback.

Very Good (VG) – Visible signs of use, light scratches or scuffs, but plays properly.

Good Plus (G+) – Heavier wear and surface marks, but remains playable.

Are the product photos of the actual item?

For pre-owned and used, product images are generally provided for reference purposes only and may not represent the exact item being sold.

For Mint (M) condition, the photos shown are typically of the actual product being offered for sale, unless otherwise stated in the product description.

Do used records skip?

Most records graded VG or higher should play through without skipping on a properly functioning turntable. However, vintage media may contain occasional surface noise consistent with its grade.

New & Sealed Products

Are your new records and CDs factory sealed?

When listed as "New" or "Sealed," products are generally factory sealed unless otherwise noted in the product description.

What if a sealed item has a manufacturing defect?

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will review each situation individually and work toward a fair resolution.

Returns & Refunds

Do you accept returns?

Yes. Returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery for items that were received significantly different from their description.

Can I return a sealed item after opening it?

Due to the collectible nature of music media, opened records, CDs, cassettes, DVDs, and Blu-rays are generally not eligible for return unless defective.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. We will assist you as quickly as possible.

Inventory & Availability

Is every item in stock?

Yes. Most items listed are in stock and ready to ship unless otherwise noted.

Do you sell collectible and rare releases?

Absolutely. We regularly offer collectible vinyl records, CDs, cassettes, promotional releases, imports, and out-of-print titles.

Will sold-out items be restocked?

Some titles may be restocked, while others are one-of-a-kind collectible items and may not become available again.

Payments & Security

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods available through our secure checkout.

Is my payment information secure?
