Shipping Methods
We ship orders using trusted postal and courier services including Canada Post, USPS, UPS, FedEx, and other available carriers depending on the destination and shipping option selected at checkout.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, dimensions, and selected shipping method.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. PureSound Records is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses submitted at checkout.
International Shipping
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or brokerage charges imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges.

Tracking Information

Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after the package has been processed by the carrier.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
PureSound Records is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, lost packages, or damages occurring during transit. However, we will do our best to assist customers in resolving shipping-related issues whenever possible.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the packaging and items received.
Used Vinyl & Media Condition
Many items sold by PureSound Records are vintage or pre-owned media products. All records, CDs, tapes, and related items are graded according to industry standards and descriptions provided in the product listing.
Minor cosmetic wear consistent with item grading may be present.
